Refund Policy

South African Orders

  • Returns / exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • To start a return, email speedysebbies@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  • Once approved, send the item back (return courier at your cost).

  • If we sent the wrong size or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (Yoko) within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or product? We’ll gladly swap it (stock permitting).

  • You cover courier both ways unless it’s our mistake.

No Returns On:

  • Stickers, sale items, worn apparel (for hygiene reasons), custom orders or discounted bundles.

International Orders

Handled manually via email to ensure smooth communication and accurate shipping rates. Contact speedysebbies@gmail.com for any refund or exchange requests.
Because of international courier and customs costs, refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.


Customs duties, taxes or import fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
