Courier: We ship nationwide with trusted partners like The Courier Guy.
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after payment clears.
Flat Rate: R90 for orders under R750.
Free Shipping: Orders over R750 ship free anywhere in South Africa.
Local Pickup: Prefer to collect? Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange collection.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email speedysebbies@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
International Orders
We currently handle international orders manually to make sure you get the best courier rate and smooth delivery.
Email speedysebbies@gmail.com with what you’d like to order and your shipping address. We’ll confirm availability, courier cost and total pricing before payment. Once you’re happy, we’ll send a secure Yoko or PayPal payment link and dispatch through our trusted couriers.
Heads-up: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are payable by you on delivery.
South African Orders
Returns / exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email speedysebbies@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Once approved, send the item back (return courier at your cost).
If we sent the wrong size or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds go back to your original payment method (Yoko) within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? We’ll gladly swap it (stock permitting).
You cover courier both ways unless it’s our mistake.
No Returns On: Stickers, sale items, worn apparel (for hygiene reasons), custom orders or discounted bundles.
International Orders
Handled manually via email to ensure smooth communication and accurate shipping rates.
Contact speedysebbies@gmail.com for any refund or exchange requests. Because of international courier and customs costs, refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
Customs duties, taxes or import fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
